Including a few details makes a bug much faster to reproduce and fix:
- Which tool you were using, and the page address.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- Your browser and device — for example Chrome on Windows, or Safari on iPhone.
- The type and rough size of the file, if the problem involved one.
Please do not attach confidential documents to a bug report. A description of the file — its type, rough size and page count — is almost always enough, and a file that reproduces the problem can usually be recreated with non-sensitive content.
